We offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your order.
Note: We do not accept physical returns due to health and safety regulations. All refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team directly.

We may ask you to safely dispose of the item.
This step aligns with best practices and FDA manufacturing hygiene standards. Returned ingestible products cannot be reused or resold for safety reasons.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us at info@mindsynapse.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend:

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
As we cannot process physical returns, we will offer a full refund upon request. Please email us to begin the process.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit provider may take additional time to post the refund.
